I’ve found the working combination of crap I need to prevent myself from knawing off my finger tips.

First, I get Hannah to paint my nails (I could do it, of course ^_^ It give us an excuse to hang out though, not like we ever need one…). This keeps me from chewing because I don’t want to ruin the brand new pretty finish. And when the finish starts to flake, I don’t want to chew cause, come on, who wants nasty blue flecks of paint in their mouth?

Eventually, my nails grow out, making them super tempting to bite, so I go ahead and trim them down with nail scissors. They’re short, but at least they’re also clean and nice. So as long as I can keep this up, I think I’ll be able to kick the habit.

PS. Does anyone know what type of fruit this is?
